Seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position in a private school setting specializing in Autism and General Education students. This role, based in Bushnell, FL, offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 15-20 students, delivering telespeech and in-person therapy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students with Autism and General Education needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
  • Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), ensuring quality support and adherence to therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to track student development
  • Collaborate with educational staff to integrate communication goals within the classroom environment

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in the school setting
  • Experience working with students on the autism spectrum and in general education settings
  • Ability to provide telespeech services effectively alongside traditional therapy
  • Proven skills in supervising SLPAs and managing caseloads independently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
