Elementary School Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist – Charlotte, NC

Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required for this school-based teletherapy position. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, language, voice, fluency, and hearing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals.
  • Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
  • Provide virtual therapy services in an elementary school setting.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Previous teletherapy experience preferred.

Education:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure.
  • North Carolina Department of Public Instruction licensure may be required.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

Work Hours:

8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week
