Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist

A welcoming elementary school in Corona, NY is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a current full-time opening. Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, language, voice, fluency, and hearing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs, including language development, articulation, social communication, and fluency.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP compliance.
• Provide services in a K-5 elementary school setting with a diverse student population.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Virtual Experience preferred

Education:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

Work Hours:

8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week
