About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality teletherapy services to K-12 students in Michigan. The ideal candidate will be experienced in conducting virtual assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support student success.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments in accordance with Michigan state guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist License required.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged students.
- Previous virtual/teletherapy experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
