Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in IL

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with expertise in telespeech services within a school setting. This role requires delivering virtual speech therapy to students, providing support and intervention to improve communication skills remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments via teletherapy platforms
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ goals
• Deliver engaging telespeech therapy sessions to students of various ages and abilities
• Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student progress and modify strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school policies
• Participate in virtual meetings and professional development sessions as required

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Illinois
• Experience providing speech therapy services through telepractice
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills conducive to remote service delivery
