Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist | Alabama

This position involves providing speech-language pathology services for students in grades K-3 via teletherapy. The role focuses on delivering effective speech and language support using remote technology, facilitating clear communication and progress for young learners.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting teletherapy sessions with students in grades K-3
• Preparing individualized speech and language plans based on assessments
• Collaborating with educators and caregivers to support student development
• Maintaining accurate documentation of sessions and progress
• Utilizing telepractice methods to engage students effectively

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience delivering school-based speech therapy services
• Skilled in teletherapy practices and technology
• Strong ability to work with early childhood populations, specifically K-3 students
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Position details:

• Location: Fairfield, AL (teletherapy-based within the school setting)
• Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours per week
• Contract dates: August 10 through May 21
