This position involves providing speech-language pathology services for students in grades K-3 via teletherapy. The role focuses on delivering effective speech and language support using remote technology, facilitating clear communication and progress for young learners.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting teletherapy sessions with students in grades K-3
- Preparing individualized speech and language plans based on assessments
- Collaborating with educators and caregivers to support student development
- Maintaining accurate documentation of sessions and progress
- Utilizing telepractice methods to engage students effectively
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience delivering school-based speech therapy services
- Skilled in teletherapy practices and technology
- Strong ability to work with early childhood populations, specifically K-3 students
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Position details:
- Location: Fairfield, AL (teletherapy-based within the school setting)
- Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours per week
- Contract dates: August 10 through May 21
