A full-time contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in school-based and pediatric settings, including telespeech and teletherapy services. This role supports students in educational environments and requires delivering high-quality speech-language services remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide therapy through telepractice and in-person sessions, adapting to the needs of pediatric clients.
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and clinical guidelines.
- Support students during the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if applicable, ensuring professional growth and development.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of speech-language evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring.
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology.
Location: This contract position primarily serves schools in Fairfield and Swan Quarter, North Carolina.
This opportunity offers competitive hourly compensation within the range of $40 to $49 per hour. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate the demands of school calendars and therapy caseloads.
