This role focuses on delivering speech-language pathology services through telespeech within a school setting. Operating remotely from Fort Benning, GA, this contract position emphasizes supporting students' communication needs via virtual platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments remotely
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student communication goals via virtual meetings
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience providing speech therapy services in educational environments
- Proficiency in telespeech technology and virtual service delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for virtual collaboration
- Ability to manage caseloads independently and adhere to contractual obligations
