Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one
  • Proven experience delivering telespeech therapy in educational environments
  • Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
  • Ability to utilize teletherapy technology effectively and adapt therapy techniques for virtual sessions
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and screenings for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate speech goals into the educational setting
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations and reporting requirements
