Deliver specialized speech-language therapy services in a full-time teletherapy role supporting pediatric clients within a school-based setting. This position allows for remote work from home while serving students in Texas, specifically based in Fort Hood. The focus is on providing high-quality speech therapy through virtual platforms, ensuring effective communication development in children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting teletherapy sessions with pediatric clients to address speech and language needs
  • Collaborating with educational staff and utilizing assigned paraprofessionals as facilitators during therapy
  • Developing individualized treatment plans aligned with school-based goals
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy approaches as needed
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with state and school regulations
  • Communicating regularly with families and school personnel to support student success

Qualifications and experience preferred:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license required by the start date
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within schools or educational environments, is a strong advantage but not mandatory
  • Comfortable delivering services through teletherapy platforms
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to virtual service delivery
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessional facilitators during sessions
