Virtual Speech Language Pathologist in LA

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Gretna, LA. This contract position involves providing telespeech and teletherapy services within a school setting, working approximately 35 hours per week (7 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch). The assignment begins on August 3, 2026, and concludes on May 27, 2027.

Responsibilities include conducting speech and language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering teletherapy sessions to students in need. Caseload details and student age groups will be determined upon placement.

Required qualifications and certifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is mandatory
• Completion of district-specific credentialing forms for Human Resources
