Providing specialized speech-language pathology services through teletherapy, this role is designed to support students in an educational setting. The position involves delivering effective online speech-language intervention to help improve students' communication skills remotely.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Monitoring and documenting student progress in compliance with educational standards
- Collaborating with teachers and parents via telecommunication platforms to support student goals
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to therapy services
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification and licensure
- Proven experience delivering speech therapy services through telepractice or teletherapy platforms
- Familiarity with school-based teletherapy requirements and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students remotely
- Ability to manage virtual caseloads independently and efficiently
