This contract opportunity requires a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services for K-3rd grade students. The role focuses on delivering tailored speech therapy interventions to support early learners' communication development within a school setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting teletherapy sessions for K-3rd grade students from August 10 through May 21
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
- Collaborating remotely with educators and families to monitor progress and adjust strategies
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school-based speech therapy standards
- Utilizing effective teletherapy techniques to engage young learners
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing teletherapy and telespeech services in K-3 school environments
- Familiarity with evidence-based intervention strategies for early childhood speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and organizational skills capable of virtual service delivery
Location: Helena, Alabama (remote teletherapy services)
Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week, aligned with the school calendar (8/10 – 5/21)
