This contract position offers an opportunity to provide virtual speech-language pathology services to a 5th-grade male student. Services will support the student until an out-of-district placement is finalized, with an estimated duration of a few weeks to one month, subject to change.
Location: Virtual, supporting a student in Jaffrey, NH
Duration: Short-term contract
Schedule: Flexible scheduling to accommodate the contractor, student, and other related services
Service Hours: 1 hour per week of direct therapy with additional indirect time available
Primary responsibilities include delivering one-on-one teletherapy tailored to the student’s speech and language needs. Collaboration with the student’s educational team will help ensure continuity of care during the transition period.
Desired qualifications and experience for this role include:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience in telespeech and teletherapy, particularly with school-aged children
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to a virtual environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators and families
- Flexibility to adjust scheduling as needed
