Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in MO

A temporary position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services at a middle school in Kansas City, MO. This contract role covers maternity leave from August 17, 2026, through November 12, 2026.

Responsibilities include delivering speech-language therapy to students within the school setting, assessing communication needs, and creating tailored intervention plans. This position requires effective collaboration with educational staff to support student progress. Use of VOCO technology is currently not part of the role.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in school-based speech therapy, particularly with middle school students
• Ability to conduct in-person therapy sessions effectively
• Familiarity with telespeech methods is beneficial but not required for this assignment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
