Elementary School Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist – Fort Worth, TX

A welcoming elementary school district in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a current full-time opening. Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required for this school-based teletherapy position. Serving students throughout Fort Worth, you'll have the opportunity to provide impactful speech-language services while helping elementary-aged learners build the communication skills they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, language, voice, fluency, and hearing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs, including articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication.
  • Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP compliance.
  • Provide virtual speech-language services in a K-5 elementary school setting.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Previous virtual or teletherapy experience preferred.

Education:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

Employment Type:

Full-time, Contract

Work Hours:

8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week
