Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in IL

A full-time speech-language pathologist opportunity is available to provide telespeech and teletherapy services to elementary and middle school students. This contract role focuses on delivering remote support to assist young learners with speech and language development, accommodating a bilingual caseload in a school setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions via telecommunication platforms
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborating with educators and caregivers to monitor progress and facilitate communication goals
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
• Providing services in both Spanish and English to support bilingual students effectively

Qualifications:

• Valid speech-language pathology certification and licensure applicable to the state
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, essential for bilingual service delivery
• Experience working with elementary and middle school-age children
• Proficiency in telespeech and teletherapy tools and methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and families remotely

Location:
Work is conducted remotely with students located in Mackinaw, Illinois, supporting the local educational community through telepractice.
