Pediatric Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist | Alaska

Position available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatric telespeech services. This contract opportunity offers engagement within a school setting in Metlakatla, Alaska, requiring a commitment of 32.5 hours per week.

Key qualifications and experience sought:

• Valid Type C Special Services Certificate for Alaska
• Proficiency in pediatric speech-language pathology, with telespeech service delivery experience preferred
• Previous work experience within Alaska is highly desirable
• Ability to secure professional liability insurance before commencement of contract

Primary responsibilities include providing teletherapy for students needing speech-language pathology services, collaborating with educational staff to support student progress, and maintaining timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

This role is structured as a 1099 contract position, with pay rates ranging from $48 to $52 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
