Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Louisiana | 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services for a Louisiana school district during the 2026–2027 school year. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced SLP who enjoys the flexibility of virtual service delivery while helping students improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.

K–12 caseload based on district needs
Competitive pay: $45–$50/hour
1099 Independent Contractor opportunity
Potential for contract renewal

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
• Complete evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy aligned with student communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Support students in improving speech, language, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana Speech Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Knowledge of special education processes, IEP development, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable providing services through a virtual platform
