Opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to provide virtual services during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers a 4-day school week totaling 32 hours per week, focusing on telespeech therapy within a supportive school environment.
Location: Ohkay Owingeh, NM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech-language pathology services to pediatric students in a school setting.
- Manage a reasonable caseload tailored to the SLP’s expertise and preferences.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Utilize teletherapy techniques to effectively address students’ communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Current New Mexico state license (NMRLD) required; NMPED certification must be obtained or pending by start date.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy in schools.
- Skilled in teletherapy delivery methods.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
