Elementary School Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist – Seattle, WA

Serving students throughout Seattle, you'll help elementary-aged learners strengthen their communication skills through engaging virtual therapy sessions while partnering with educators and families to support student success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, language, voice, fluency, and hearing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address communication, language development, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs.
- Collaborate virtually with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP compliance.
- Provide virtual speech-language services in a K-5 elementary school setting.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Previous virtual or teletherapy experience preferred.
Education:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Washington Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure.
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification may be required for school-based practice.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week
