Elementary School Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist – Seattle, WA

Serving students throughout Seattle, you'll help elementary-aged learners strengthen their communication skills through engaging virtual therapy sessions while partnering with educators and families to support student success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, language, voice, fluency, and hearing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address communication, language development, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs.
• Collaborate virtually with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP compliance.
• Provide virtual speech-language services in a K-5 elementary school setting.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Previous virtual or teletherapy experience preferred.

Education:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Washington Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure.
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification may be required for school-based practice.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week
