Are you a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist looking for the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful difference in students' lives? We are partnering with a supportive New Mexico school district to hire a Virtual Bilingual School Speech-Language Pathologist (English/Spanish) for the upcoming school year. This remote opportunity allows you to deliver engaging teletherapy services to a diverse K–12 caseload while collaborating with educators, families, and special education teams in a fully virtual environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual speech and language evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions for English- and Spanish-speaking students.
  • Collaborate remotely with teachers, special education staff, and families.
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
  • Utilize district-approved teletherapy platforms and digital resources.

Skills

  • Native or professional fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and educational technology.
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs.

Qualifications

  • Active New Mexico Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
  • Teletherapy experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience serving multilingual or culturally diverse student populations is highly desirable.

Work Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week
