A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide telespeech services for students ranging from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. This contract role supports multiple students across two nearby school sites located within a few miles of each other in Sahuarita, AZ. The successful candidate will deliver effective speech and language therapy remotely, using specialized telepractice techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments with students in grades PK-8
- Provide individualized teletherapy sessions tailored to students’ needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans following established best practices
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with program guidelines
- Support students across multiple buildings within a defined geographic area
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience delivering telespeech services to school-aged children
- Strong knowledge of communication disorders and interventions for pediatric populations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseload across multiple sites effectively
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technologies
