A fully remote opportunity is available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a contract role serving K-12 students across Texas. This position offers the flexibility to provide essential speech therapy services from home while working under a 1099 contract arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in grades K through 12
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) designed to meet students’ unique communication needs
- Provide consultative support and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals as necessary
- Deliver high-quality teletherapy sessions using a specialized teletherapy platform
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas as well as the license from your state of residence if different
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- At least 2 years of teletherapy experience in school settings preferred
- Broad experience working with students across K-12 grade levels is highly desirable
