Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Work From Home | Kansas

A contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) experienced in teletherapy to support elementary schools virtually. This remote role focuses on delivering high-quality speech services to students through telepractice.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing caseloads of approximately 50-60 students
• Conducting virtual speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions
• Collaborating with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participating in meetings and professional development as needed

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid SLP license with 0+ years of experience; teletherapy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders affecting school-age children
• Proficiency using telepractice platforms and technology
• Effective communication skills for engaging students in a virtual environment
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
