Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in GA

Provide speech-language pathology services across elementary, middle, and high school settings within this contract role located in Suwanee, GA. Responsibilities include delivering teletherapy and in-person sessions to support students’ communication development, collaborating with existing SLPs and SLPAs to create effective treatment plans, and documenting progress according to school guidelines. Candidates may be considered for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time positions. Medicaid billing is not required.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and therapy for students in diverse educational levels
• Deliver teletherapy sessions using school-approved platforms
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other SLPs and support staff
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and progress

Preferred qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology within educational and/or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with telespeech/teletherapy service delivery models
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in school environments with varied student populations

The position is located approximately 20 minutes north of Atlanta and 20 minutes west of Decatur, offering convenient access from multiple nearby cities including Decatur, Athens, Alpharetta, Norcross, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, Sugar Hill, Buford, Lilburn, Grayson, Hoschton, and Duluth. Each school site includes additional SLP personnel and assistants to ensure collaborative support.
