Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - New York

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing teletherapy services within a school setting. This part-time role offers the flexibility of working remotely while delivering specialized support to students in areas such as speech, language, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting teletherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to student needs.
• Providing a mix of individual and group interventions with sessions lasting approximately 30 minutes.
• Managing a caseload with services scheduled between once weekly to three to six times monthly.
• Maintaining accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school requirements.
• Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress and carryover of skills.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience delivering speech and language therapy via telepractice platforms.
• Familiarity with school-based therapy procedures and caseload management.
• Ability to provide services that accommodate mixed group and individual needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Location: Troy, NY (Teletherapy services)
