A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in Watertown, CT, supporting a school setting with a primary focus on a high school caseload. The scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 2:40 PM, providing consistent day shifts aligning with the school calendar. This contract role is ideal for candidates who thrive in educational environments and are skilled in delivering telespeech services as well as traditional speech-language therapy.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing speech therapy interventions, and collaborating with educators and families to support student communication development. Delivering services aligned with school protocols and maintaining compliance with applicable guidelines are critical components of this position.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate.
  • Experience working within school settings preferred.
  • Proficiency in telespeech therapy methodologies.
  • Ability to manage a high school caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to document and report student progress.
