Provide specialized speech-language therapy services through virtual platforms for students during the 2026-2027 academic year. This opportunity spans a 4-day school week, totaling 32 hours per week, geared toward supporting pediatric clients in a school setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive speech-language therapy via teletherapy to students
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with educators and caregivers to support student progress
- Managing caseload effectively while adhering to best practices in pediatric speech therapy
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and educational policies
Qualifications and experience required:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Valid New Mexico state licensure (NMRLD) with New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) credentials; NMPED status can be pending at start
- Proven expertise and comfort working in pediatric school-based settings
- Prior experience with teletherapy service delivery
- Ability to adapt caseload preferences and provide client-centered care
Location:
- Position serves students in White Rock, New Mexico via virtual teletherapy.
