Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist | Virginia

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 academic year, providing teletherapy services within a K-12 school setting. This role requires delivering high-quality speech therapy to students via remote platforms, ensuring effective communication support across a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments using telespeech methods.
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs.
• Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress records.
• Managing a caseload of approximately 30-40 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Utilizing teletherapy strategies to engage students and maximize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Previous telespeech or teletherapy experience within school settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a moderate caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of best practices in speech-language pathology for a K-12 population.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills adapted for virtual service delivery.

Location: Woodbridge, VA

This contract position offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, allowing for a balanced professional schedule while serving the needs of students in a remote learning environment. The compensation rate does not exceed $50 per hour.
