Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - Virginia

This opportunity involves providing specialized speech-language pathology services through teletherapy at schools in Stafford, VA, on a contract basis. The assignment runs approximately from November 12th through January 4th. The role primarily supports a current VOCO-contracted speech-language pathologist with leave coverage, focusing on delivering services to a caseload of primarily high-needs students.

Responsibilities include delivering teletherapy speech-language pathology sessions to students, managing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with educational staff to support student progress. The caseload may involve working with one to two schools and serving students across different age groups, with special attention to two high-needs cases requiring urgent support.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license is mandatory
• Experience with teletherapy models, including telespeech and teletherapy, is essential
• Background in working within school settings preferred
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and provide targeted intervention for diverse student needs

• Preferred schedule is 37.5 hours per week; part-time arrangements may be possible with minimum hours to be determined
