Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Colorado Speech Language Pathology license
• ASHA Certification (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Prior experience in a school, healthcare, or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations
• Ability to travel between multiple school locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ unique needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating supportive and inclusive environments
• Adapt therapy delivery based on in-person or hybrid models as needed
