Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Colorado Speech Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certification (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Prior experience in a school, healthcare, or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations
- Ability to travel between multiple school locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating supportive and inclusive environments
- Adapt therapy delivery based on in-person or hybrid models as needed
