Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent education
  • Active California SLP license or the ability to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
  • Familiarity with IEPs and AAC devices appreciated but not required
  • Teletherapy candidates must have prior remote experience
  • SLPA or CFY candidates welcome to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Screen and assess students to determine speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain detailed documentation and regularly update progress reports
