Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent education
- Active California SLP license or the ability to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Familiarity with IEPs and AAC devices appreciated but not required
- Teletherapy candidates must have prior remote experience
- SLPA or CFY candidates welcome to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen and assess students to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation and regularly update progress reports
