Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP-CCC or CFY credential
  • Previous experience in school settings or pediatric environments highly valued
  • Proficient in teletherapy platforms and technology
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Passion for working with school-aged children from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, evaluate speech and language abilities, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver speech therapy services, including direct and virtual sessions, to meet student needs
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and write comprehensive reports that support progress monitoring
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship activities
  • Provide guidance and support to newer SLPs or graduate interns as needed
