Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC or CFY credential
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatric environments highly valued
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Passion for working with school-aged children from diverse backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluate speech and language abilities, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver speech therapy services, including direct and virtual sessions, to meet student needs
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and write comprehensive reports that support progress monitoring
- Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship activities
- Provide guidance and support to newer SLPs or graduate interns as needed
