Speech Language Pathologist in Temecula, CA

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible state license issued by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a school-based team

Role Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly assess and evaluate students with speech and language disorders
• Design custom treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs and learning goals
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions to support communication progress
• Track, document, and monitor student progress meticulously
• Partner seamlessly with teachers, psychologists, and additional professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
• Involve families in the therapy process through education and collaboration
