Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) accepted, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in a school-based setting.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required.
- Provide guidance and mentorship if supporting CFY clinicians.
