School Speech Language Pathologist - Tempe, Arizona

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive services in a vibrant educational environment. This full-time role spans 40 hours per week, serving approximately 60 students across one or two school locations, with the assignment continuing through May 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical skills and a willingness to adapt are valued
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students with a variety of needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and meet compliance standards
• Serve as a key resource for educators and families by providing strategies, training, and support
• Participate in professional development activities to stay informed about best practices
