Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending state licensure as an SLP, CCC or CFY accepted
• Prior experience in a school setting (elementary and/or high school) is highly valued
• Strong skills in speech, language, communication, and cognitive-communication disorders
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with educators, families, and other support professionals
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments as required for IEP development
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
• Monitor progress, collect data, and maintain detailed documentation according to school and district standards
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and collaborating on student plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student development and educational outcomes
• For maternity leave coverage: Ensure continuity of care and seamless handoff for students during December–April at the high school setting
