In this rewarding position, you’ll:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
- Design and implement tailored intervention plans addressing each student’s unique needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions to develop language, speech, and communication skills
- Accurately track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Work closely with teachers, specialists, and support staff to provide coordinated care
- Educate and empower families to support students beyond the classroom
Ideal candidates will bring:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or pending state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Preferably, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience (or strong interest) in pediatric and/or school-based speech therapy
- Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to adapt to various team dynamics
- Commitment to both independent practice and collaborative teamwork
To be eligible, you must hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license approved by the State Board, and possess or be prepared to obtain a master’s degree in the field.
