In this rewarding position, you’ll:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
  • Design and implement tailored intervention plans addressing each student’s unique needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions to develop language, speech, and communication skills
  • Accurately track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Work closely with teachers, specialists, and support staff to provide coordinated care
  • Educate and empower families to support students beyond the classroom

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current or pending state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Preferably, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience (or strong interest) in pediatric and/or school-based speech therapy
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to adapt to various team dynamics
  • Commitment to both independent practice and collaborative teamwork

To be eligible, you must hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license approved by the State Board, and possess or be prepared to obtain a master’s degree in the field.
