Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Washington state licensure or eligibility required
  • Previous experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services and consultation to students individually or in small groups
  • Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
