Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop tailored treatment plans to address individual student needs
  • Implement engaging therapy sessions to support student progress toward speech and language objectives
  • Track and document student advancement methodically and accurately
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to student care
  • Involve families by providing education and guidance to optimize outcomes in and out of the classroom

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Maintain current state licensure or be eligible for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is strongly preferred
  • Experience with school-aged children or pediatric populations is a plus
  • Exhibit clear, compassionate communication and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively within a team setting

To qualify for this role, you must have an active Speech-Language Pathology license valid in the state, and have earned a Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
