Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity working full-time throughout the school year at an Early Learning Center near Terre Haute, IN. This role focuses on providing speech and language support for a PreK-Kindergarten caseload, utilizing mostly push-in services to promote inclusive learning. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
  • Current Indiana state licensure or eligibility.
  • Experience with early childhood and PreK-Kindergarten populations is preferred.
  • Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and organization.
  • Familiarity with push-in service models in school environments.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy using primarily push-in services within PreK and Kindergarten classrooms.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Work closely with classroom teachers and staff to integrate language support into daily routines and curriculum activities.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve IEP goals.
  • Document services provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements.
  • Engage families by providing updates, resources, and strategies for supporting language development at home.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team.
