Interviews are anticipated as soon as next week, with positions relying on imminent budget approval—there’s a strong chance of moving quickly. Full-time hours (37.5 weekly) are offered, and you’ll engage directly on-site with students, collaborating in a dynamic educational environment.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active and valid Professional License in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred, but highly motivated new graduates will also be considered
- Familiarity with serving pediatric and adolescent populations is advantageous
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working full days (8 hours) with a 30-minute unpaid break
- Commitment to completing onboarding and credentialing as specified by the district (including documentation and data forms)
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to school-aged children with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student IEPs and progress
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Document student progress and support compliance with district procedures
- Potential travel between assigned schools (assignments to be determined)
- Participate in mandatory onboarding and timekeeping processes
