Experience with AAC devices or behavioral interventions is a plus, but not required. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Knowledge of pediatric SLP practices, especially within elementary populations
- Experience or interest in teletherapy, AAC devices, or behavioral support (preferred, not required)
- Ability to organize and manage a full-time M-F schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Conduct therapy using in-person or teletherapy approaches as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
