Key Qualifications:

  • Valid ASHA Certification and California SLP License required
  • Certificate of Clearance (COC) mandatory
  • Experience or interest in working with preschool-aged students
  • SEIS documentation experience preferred
  • Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates, as well as those with a background in school-based settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to preschool students in accordance with their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop goals, and document progress using SEIS (preferred but not required)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to support student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with state and district requirements
