Multiple full-time contract opportunities are available for dynamic SLPs (including CFs) in the East and Southern areas of a welcoming district near Thomasville, NC. With support for Clinical Fellows and flexible caseloads, you’ll find the resources and collaborative spirit essential for professional growth and student success.

Qualifications and Preferences:

  • Current North Carolina SLP license required
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CF) credentials accepted (supervision provided for CFs)
  • Experience supporting students with autism (AU) and low cognitive disabilities is highly valued
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must be available to work full time, 35-37.5 hours weekly, for the duration of the academic year (August 12, 2026, to June 11, 2027)
  • SLPA credentials are not accepted for these positions

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of up to 35 students
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff to support student success
  • Participate actively in assessments, eligibility meetings, and progress reporting
  • Adapt therapy approaches and materials based on student strengths and levels
