Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Thomasville, NC

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible CCC-SLP certification (Clinical Certificate of Competence)
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates seeking supervision
• North Carolina SLP licensure or eligibility required
• Background in pediatric speech-language assessment and treatment; school-based experience preferred
• Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy as needed
• Effective communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Provide direct therapy services, both in person and through virtual platforms
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating on educational plans and progress updates
• Monitor student achievement and document progress toward goals
• Educate and consult with teachers, parents, and caregivers on speech-language strategies
