Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Organized, with strong time-management skills for handling caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to design and implement tailored communication goals for students
  • Participate in IEP meetings by providing expertise and crafting achievable, data-driven objectives for students
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Offer support and resources for families to reinforce strategies outside the classroom
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive and inclusive school environment
