Qualifications:

  • Valid North Carolina NCDPI SLP License (confirmation required)
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC credential required
  • Proficiency with ECATS (required)
  • No SLP CFs or SLPAs considered at this time
  • On-site role only; remote work not available

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and create comprehensive reports
  • Design, implement, and adjust tailored treatment plans for student success
  • Engage actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes via ECATS and Infinite Campus
  • Support caseloads across assigned elementary and middle school sites
  • Provide classroom-based support and consultative services as needed
  • Ensure fidelity with all educational compliance requirements
