Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially early childhood or PreK
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in cooperation with faculty and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across a PreK caseload
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team discussions to support student progress
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of speech and language needs
